Sweden, Denmark & Finland has stopped using Moderna for the young due to the rare heart inflammation side effect. They are now recommending the Pfizer. People born 1991 or later who had received a first Moderna shot, would not get a second Moderna jab.

Don't worry...It's mainly for those under 30 years old males & after the second dose of the vaccine, but quite rare incident. (About 4.5 cases per Million for the first dose and about 12.5 cases per Million after the second dose - in the US)
Both the occurrence of myocarditis and pericarditis cases linked to mRNA vaccination have been mild and takes only a few days to recover.

I got Pfizer and the doc told me not to do any exercises within 3 days of jabs. She told something about there being a chance for an infection in the heart or something like that

I had heart pain for almost 3 week after my first shot of pfizer..fully vaxed but no way going to get booster if possible
