I also closely followed this incident at the beginning. this whole trial was an unnecessary drama created by liberals and liberal bias media with its politicians. It was a clear case of self-defense. In the end, justice prevailed.

Theoretically. But the truth is, actually they are trying to force their ideas into others. Conservatives and Liberals are just two sides of the same coin. On top of that Liberalism is becoming the norm now, which means its literally becoming a conservative philosophy with a bunch of supporters who don't tolerate change or accept different perspectives.

One good example was forcing Quinton de Kock to take the knee in the 2021 t20 world cup. Even he was accused and threatened.
Its the exact opposite of liberalism.

De cock's case has nothing to do with liberalism. it was to build team unity.

Dont learn about liberalism from Shapiro and Peterson.lol

lol. he was acquitted due to the incompetency of the prosecution. Its true his actions during the protest were justifiable but the major issue is what a 17year old doing with a gun during protests which were not even in his state. I am also glad that 17yr old ignorant teenager got released but it would be a bad precedent. Now on everyone would carry their own guns to protests and even in the slightest provocation, it will end in a blood bath.
BTW for white supremacists, you are another inferior sub-human not one of them. lol.try harder
Both of those points were addressed in the court hearing

    1) It's legal for 17 year old to carry a firearm in that state.
    2) He did not cross state borders with a firearm so him being in Kenosha is perfectly legal.

First my friend you have no idea about liberalism.

Second you cant understand the BLM without understanding the history of USA. Read about Jim Crow laws and segregation , the apartheid system in Africa ,Rodney King etc first and then comment on BLM

1)It was a technicality based on the length of the barrel.
    2)legal but stupid

Dont get me wrong I am not arguing about the legality of the acquittal. of course, it was pure self defense in that situation. It was a failure of the police to allow armed personnel to roam freely in that situation.
But this will set a bad precedent which will ultimately lead to gunfights at demonstrations. Before long it would be Rome after Gracchus' murder.

BLM is all about politics. when will you understand this? lol
lol. read my reply to Scotch above.
Of course because BLM is not a single organized campaign what you refer to as BLM can be deferred from what I refer to as BLM. But nevertheless social political and economical status of USA warranted the BLM movement.

    1) Dosent matter, law it law.
    2) Dosent matter, law is law.

If you do agree that his acquittal is legally correct then why whould you say that he was acquitted because of the incompetency of the prosecution?

There was no legal leg for prosecution to stand on.

And no, what police failed to do the most is stopping the riots and lootings. If they did their job then people would not have to protect themselves with firearms.

Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views, but then are shocked and offended to discover that there are other views.

Seems like you take MSM too seriously lmao
    Whats MSM?
There is a thing called google and there you can search the research evidence on political views of young Americans, the result of the last USA presidential election and its demographics. Do me a favour and do a bit of research before writing your next reply.
BTW whats your main criticism of Liberalism? would you care to elaborate?

    It is a legal loophole.
His actions are justifiable during the moment of conflict, not days/hours before. But legal system assesses only the moment of conflict.
Law is a man-made entity .So there are shortcomings. Its ever-evolving. The current form of law may not be the best. Just because something is legal according to the legal system of the era , does not necessarily mean its fully justifiable.

The prosecution did the defense duty as well.

Greeting a minor with a weapon in a volatile situation is not the best police practice.

If his actions are indeed legal then you can't say he was acquitted due to the incompetency of the prosecution can you?

Which of his actions days/hours before do you find to be problematic? Pay attention to the work actions.

Letting riots roll through the city is also not best police practice either. They should have stopped rioting and looting.

If you followed the court case you know how incompetent was the prosecution.
Would your 17yr old self go to a volatile situation outside of your province with a gun? If the answer is yes you should be under psychiatric observation.
Agreed. what is your argument here ? one failure justifies another failure?

Anyway its useless to argue about something already done and dusted especially when no one apart from us two going to read it. So this is my last comment in this thread.Have a nice day.
