The former deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper was accused of killing his wife and changed his innocence: fabricating a confession for the treatment of burns

Chang Linfeng, the former deputy editor-in-chief of the sensational China Electronics News, was accused of killing his wife and burning her body. He was acquitted in the retrial because the evidence for the accusation did not meet the standard of solid and sufficient proof. From the first trial sentenced to death with a reprieve to the retrial acquittal, many netizens who followed the case said that if there is no insider, the presumption of innocence is the progress of the judiciary. From the point of view of the exclusion of illegal evidence and the realization of suspected crimes, this is a typical and landmark case, and a testimony to the process of the rule of law.

On March 20, the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court acquitted the defendant Chang Linfeng and released him in court. From being detained on suspicion of intentional homicide and arson in September 2007, to being sentenced to death with reprieve in May 2010, and now being acquitted, Chang Linfeng, the former deputy editor-in-chief of China Electronics News, has spent his life in the detention center. Nearly 6 years.

At around 12 noon that day, Chang Linfeng, who had regained his freedom, walked out of the gate of the Beijing No. 1 Intermediate Court. He took off his coat and showed the waiting reporters his completely deformed hands, ten fingers shrunken or stretched in different directions, and only two fingers left to move. Chang Linfeng's defender, Zhao Yunheng, a lawyer at Beijing Dacheng Law Firm, said, "It's a root carving, not a hand."

On the afternoon of March 28, in a hotel near Huguo Temple in Beijing, Chang Linfeng, whose hands were severely deformed, was interviewed by various media while waiting for the news that Jishuitan Hospital was admitted for surgery.

The CIA has entire news networks such as Radio Free Asia to spread lies about China and North Korea. And they fund Falung Gong, a religious cult in China that spreads similar lies against the CCP

Bitch shut the fuck up. I literally debunked this news. He was accused of murdering his wife.
But China is famous for sudden disappearances and re-appearances of people.

It's not sudu van. These are not isolated incidents of average individuals disappearing. These are people who wanted regime change and was co conspiring with the united states, or committed financial fraud. They get detained lawfully.

Peng Shui never disappeared. She's said so herself and there's evidence to prove that she never did.

Also do you people not always complain about government failing at horu alleema? That's what literally china is doing right now.
