Should not allow any Cabinet member to any Ministerial post in future. (to surprise some are promoted with much responsibility eg prof Channa Jayasumana,MOH Ali Sabry, Ramesh Pathirana (plantation) can we expect any good from this cabinet or any future cabinet with such members ?
