for me it was practice and getting better at it with time, and it takes time to get better
I had the same problem.... for a long time it felt like nothing I do would allow me to break the 60wpm on 10fastfingers
keep practicing and you'd get past your goal

Keep practicing. Give more priority to accuracy and then to speed.

Posture while typing is important as well. you may need to learn about that.

Something I wish I knew earlier was to press the the Space bar efficiently by using the hand which was not used to press the previous key.

Additionally, I've got a mechanical keyboard. Not a requirement but more comfortable when typing.
