I think they are in the process of closing down machan. I had the same issue recently.

Faced a similar issue. After so many calls & emails they said the will ship the items today. But still I am not sure about that. I'll wait for 2,3 days and planning to get a refund. Items worth 13000. Ordered on 18th.
Will be my last order from this site.

Considering the situation always opt for Cash on delivery. Daraz has been pretty good so far in my experience
