No design change was done to the DCT for this model. Latest Vezel has a variant of CVT which has eliminated the problem hopefully.
Not sure they upgraded the software a bit. Anyway it's not something you would definitely get. Just there's a probability. Japan never had any wide spread DCT issues so they didn't bother to change it nor issued any recalls. Our harsh driving conditions + climate was the problem.
