Red cells in urine can mean many things. May be a very small urinary stone passing through the urethra. Urinary tract infection. Urethral / prostatic infection (gonorrhoea chlamydia or MGen.) specially because there was pain.
If it is painless, we consider tumors too.
If there is an infection you ll need antibiotic.
Did you do STI screening.?
Usually uromax is given when the prostate is enlarged ( hupertropoed.) did the doctor order an ultrasound scan?

If you have the plan to make babies, Urimax can bring a negative impact as reduces sperm volume.

Thanks.. Ultrasound scan was done. Says prostrate is normal. As Urine flowmetry test is weak Dr said prostrate may have block the urine passage. So he prescribed Urimax. I have a problem that he correctly diagnosed and prostrate block in the way of urine passage can cause Red Cells in Urine....
