Slt fiber router add open dns

If Any one knows, how to add open dns settings on slt fiber huawei router ?

In my huwaei router On the DHCP settings it’s greyed out.

I have a NOKIA router and there is a section in settings

You can’t do this in the latest SLT Fibre ONT models. SLT has disabled DNS fields in their custom firmware.
Only alternative is to add DNS to your device individually.

no clue on Huawei, it's possible on NOKIA routers
you can't modify firmware legally either since it's against SLT TOS
