try porn/sex once per week. if you are free on saturday then choose saturaday to watch porn. after sometime you will be addicted to watch porn on saturdays too but will have to avoid that,
go out more often. stress will lead you to the same,

If you have a wife at least have sex three times a week. It's good for your health and the relationship.
