You can use iphone shortcut automation or Bixby routing automation to set location based automation to set your phone to airplane mode and turn wifi on in your home location. So when you are in your home mobile signal will not use and calls will be handled VoWiFi. when you go out of your home location, the automation will turn off airplane mode off
