Samsung Shows World’s First Transparent MicroLED Screen📛

Samsung unveiled an exciting innovation at its yearly First Look event during CES 2024 on January 7th. The spotlight was on the world’s first transparent MicroLED display.

Although there is no information regarding the price tag, Samsung presented the transparent MicroLED display alongside transparent OLED and LCD models. The goal was to emphasize the distinctions between these technologies, according to Engadget.

In comparison to other LEDs, the MicroLED panel stood out for two main reasons. Firstly, it was much brighter. Secondly, it boasted a frameless design and its glass panel was more transparent. This enhanced transparency made it easier for viewers to see objects behind the display.
