Putin doesn't say when, but soon. Just recall that he was in Kiev in a week. If you judge by the same timescales, your guess is as good as mine. :ROFLMAO:

PS: There are some cancer vaccines that exist already. The vaccine that protects you from HPV is one. The TLPO (Tumor Lysate Particle Only) vaccine currently under Phase III is another one. There are couple of others as well and several others under development.
The developers believe that we will have something by the end of the decade

If the Russian researchers achieved this well and good. At least it can cure Putin - who is fast becoming a cancer to the entire World. :ROFLMAO:

    India ත් Race එකට බැහැලා

Currently the widely used one is Gardasil. There are many variants covering a different number of serotypes.

There is also Cervarix which is bivalent preventing HPV types 16 & 18.
    Gardasil 9 protects infection with HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58.
    Gardasil comes in a quadrivalent form covering 6, 11, 16 and 18.

HPV types 16 and 18 are thought to be the main causes of about 70% of cervical malignancies. The high-risk HPV strains 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58 are responsible for an additional 10% to 20% of cervical cancer cases.
    (Overall there are 12 high-risk HPV types: HPV 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, and 59. )

There are about 200 different strains of HPV and most of them does not pose a big problem.

The advantage of Indian vaccine is mainly the cost.... It's priced very low compared with the others. (y)
