Today I was having a lunch meal at this vegetarian hotel Amman Villas situated on 4th Cross Street, Pettah. The actual price for the rice and curry was written on the price board as Rs 330, but when I was paying the bill, the cashier charged me Rs 300. I asked him why there was a reduction in the price, and he responded that there was a reduction in vegetables on the market. Therefore, we decided to be reasonable on pricing, and we reduced the price of the meal from today onwards, and we will also be reducing some more items in the coming days. We need businesses to be genuine with their consumers, as they know it is the consumers who are helping them to survive.
