I used to use Private Internet Access VPN. They have Sri Lankan servers.

Is this for Wi-Fi calling with Dialog/Mobitel. If so, can you update here if it worked. Thanks.

I tried with Wifi calling with STARLINK via Sri lankan IP address .. It didnt work

Not necessarily. I was able to use T-Mobile (USA) WiFi calling from outside of US (e.g. from SL). I’ve never tried, but the following is on Dialog website:

What is the eligibility criteria to use VoWiFi?

You are required to have a device that has the VoWiFi feature enabled for the Dialog network, and a 4G SIM on your device.
You need to be connected to a Wi-Fi network in Sri Lanka.

Late 2020 it used to work... I bought an iPhone from Houston and I insereted my dialog sim.. After sailing out from port we were on vsat and without any VPN dialog VoWifi used to work...

but later they fixed that loop hole..

its better if they can alteast enable SMS reception over wifi
