So a 2023-2024 Recon Prado will be 40 Mil is what you are saying ? If they do allow to bring cars that are 3 years lower that is a 2021 Prado Recon would cost around 25-30 Mil Unreg recon from the prices that are available online but obviously the importers get these for a much lesser price than what we see online

Yeah exactly As soon as the supply goes nuts I don't know what will happen to the people who bought these at these ridiculous prices they will be forced to make a loss. Even if they up the 300% tax to 400% Still a 2023 Prado won't cost as near as the Prados advertised At the moment

Just my 2 cents bro.
There are lots of variables at play here.
As I mentioned in my original post, this is assuming all conditions are same as 2019 in taxes and other tariffs and also assuming rupee does not get strengthen magically. Price would be around 400 lakhs for a Prado is my gut feeling for a model after 2020.
