Should I have to come CMB NHSL to initial screening?
should I have to travel CMB daily 28 days in raw to take treatments,
No you will have to take 3/4 pills at once for 2/3 times a day for 28 days..you don't have to come to the clinic every day as far as I'm aware.
can't I take treatment from STD/STI clinic at district hospital?
Better if you can make your initial visits to the NSACP so you can expect the best support available in this regard from public sector

Faced condom rupture with a prostitute 2 weeks ago, visited the Sri Lanka’s National HIV/AIDS Control Program (NSACP) very next day (less then 24hrs after the incident) located in townhall.
Doctors tried to convince me to bring the lady for the STD tests, but since it is not possible they assessed the incident and gave me the medicines to prevent possible HIV infection. HIV Post exposure medicines.
Before that they have done blood, urine and rapid HIV test and all the other kind of STD tests.
Urine test is done for check kidney function. (to check protein filtering or something)
Doctor informed me that this HIV post exposure medicines makes the kidneys stressed, so I have to drink more water daily. Also if there is any possibility to check the girl for STDs, do it, so that i can stop taking this pills if she is clear, because it is unnecessary to take any kind of pills to our body, especially this kind of pills.
They gave me two kind of pills, have to take one from each every night for 14 days. after 14days (next Wednesday) i have to go again and do some tests and continue medication for another 14 days.

You can check nearest location for those clinics from https://www.know4sure.lk/

They don't judge you by any means, doctors are very friendly and they don't give a shit if you are gay or you are in to any other kind of weird relationship. They just do their job. Even they don't advised me to not to go for prostitutes, they only just advised me to use condoms, nothing else.
