The meaning of PVT Ltd means ownership has been limited between the share holders. To do that there must be two more share holders. Even the government was there, there should be a at least another party as a shareholder.

So if it is 100% government own why PVT Ltd?
If there is another party involved why declare it as 100% government?

Again J.V.P. carders got stuck due to lack of knowledge and experience.

LECO is not 100% government. During the last year there was some accusations for some engineers who are working in LECO for owning shares in LECO and same time supply company for LECO.
