true. i have bank accounts in australia and we dont have this drama. they invest a lot in security but keep the customer end as easy as possible. these fellow have passed on the burden to the customer

I just stopped using the bank altogether.

Their web app is already shit, and so does the mobile app. That's the only way I interact with banks nowadays, and if that experience is shit, I'm not sticking any longer.
