Dialog TV Set Plans Activation via Dialog Mobile
Customers can use #679# USSD platform to activate or deactivate Set Plans on their DTV package.
* Customer code and the password have to be entered to authenticate the login details.
* Customer code can be viewed in the purchase invoice or can be obtained via service delivery.
* Password can be obtained by selecting the “Get password” option in the #679# menu and the password would appear in the television screen.
* The set menu can be activated and deactivated any moment.
* Customer can view his set plan channels even if the set plans are deactivated before the end date.
* Deactivation and subscribing time frame options will not be available for Set Plan 7DP.
