2. You are again expecting extra authority from elakiri.com. Simply all video release sites in the world allow publishers to delete comments and control their video.
You are totally talking out of the point . Now you are saying only about the part youtube allow you to watch the video but you are not talking about commenting side. You can't leave that and talk only one part It allows publisher to take total control including comments. You can say its ethical and unethical if its your content.

And remember you are not a judge and there is no rule or ethic like they should keep your comment on their video comments page. No popular site in this world do that.

most users go thru the comments before downloading files
this is happening exactly that way in popular file sharing sites
so if the comments are in negative terms they avoid downloading
and if people like you deleting comments members don't know what they are downloading is crap until they watch it
so you directly or indirectly responsible by wasting their bandwidth
this is especially for the people who has the 500 package.
they tend to download only the valuable files filtering crap
so when you guys delete the negative comments, how do they know whether that particularly file is worth downloading?
don't you feel kind of responsibility there now admins?

do they delete negative comments under certain files implying that artist or the uploader may not like the comments?
no they don't delete the comments cuz they know comments does affect the downloadings
most people go thru comments before start downloading
if that file is a virus and if all the negative comments were deleted?
how would u have felt it, if you were a victim of that downloaded file?
