I highly doubt abt this , he aint the real aXXo it seems; yet the mininova modeartors insists that its real aXXo as his account cannot be used by some other ( like mininova DB isnt hackable at all )

On August 6, 2009, after a five-month absence, two new files appeared on aXXo's mininova page[14]. Although some fans gladly welcomed aXXo back, both of the new files are older movies that had been previously released in 2008. Currently, some Mininova users are speculating that this may be the result of a database error or some other fault, as these new files do not appear on the Darkside Release Group forum, where aXXo usually posts files. The rumour is that someone hacked his mininova account along with fxg and other well known uploaders, and also mysteriously uploaded the same movies which was really old.
