Win32 Services Problems

I found this problem in my laptop every time when i'm using internet.

this error will comes in 15 mins after connecting to Internet, & Inet will struck there, then I cant restart/shutdown the computer also.I have to switch off & on again.

So plz give me good respond..Why this error comes & How can I avoid this.

Are you using IE when this problem occurs, or is it happening with other browsers as well?

when I press ok

this message & when I press the next it'l finish the setup.Is any problem in y HD.

No My Computer wants get struck only the Internet.
After this message I cant open any new pages also cant disconnect or reconnect the conection.

nae, Its an Original CD.....(comes with the laptop)

this problems comes from last week.....I restored to an earlier point but nothing happend.Also Im using Mcafee Enterprise Edition, is any problem coz of that...

hdd eka hariyata partition karalada thiyenne. partition karapu nethi spaces thiyanawada?
