IE8 Offers Better Malware and Phishing Protection than Firefox

[VSGM]

NSS labs performed two tests – one checked how well browsers protect against malware, the other against phishing attempts. Here is what the tests revealed:

Socially engineered malware protection test percentages:
Internet Explorer 8 - 81%
Firefox 3 - 27%
Safari 4 - 21%
Chrome 2 - 7%
Opera 10 - 1%

Phishing attempts protection percentages:
Internet Explorer 8 - 83%
Firefox 3 - 80%
Opera 10 - 54%
Chrome 2 - 26%
Safari 4 - 2%

for me opera just dont work! I cant even get it to go to google!

IE8 Sucks, when u try to open some pages in new tabs they wont work then u have to open a new tab and reopen the page, also very slow, worst than IE7

for me Vista 64Bit Genuine copy, my entire life i was a IE user but now im using Firefox and chrome, so u can imagine the issues IE8 gave to me

for me opera just dont work! I cant even get it to go to google!

i was using opera a long time ago and i never felt comfortable with it. now using firefox, its higly addictive. specially because of its addons, once u get used to it, there is no way out!

IE7 had a prob with oppening and closing tabs! it takes a long time to open and close. now i use win 7 and IE8 is there already! but hardly use it, I dont find a special reason to use prefer IE over other browsers

Dont get entangled ..MS is paying NSS if you want a real benchmark search for other sites for benchies deff. IE8 SUX

This Chart Developed By MS.They put IE top. But People who use IE and Other Browsers feel difference, Cracker and Hacker 1st attack IE. Because it has massive bugs and widely use. Use Chrome or FF,,
