Hey! Go to start-> then select Run (Or press Windows Key + R)
and type cmd...
this will start Windows DOS...

now lets say that error comes when you double click the Drive C

just type

C:

and press enter... (or whatever drive )
Now you should see something like this

C:\>

if you dont type

cd\

now you should be in the root directory! That means either C:\> or D:\> or E:\> or something similar...

now type

del autorun.inf /F /AS

this should solve the problem...
but if the virus is still there in the PC, you might get the error again

svhost.exe kiyala standard process ekak naa. Ehenam virus ekak wenna puluwan. Registry eka search karala balanna svhost.exe ekata references thiyanawada kiyala.

It is a Malware. Use good/latest AV software. Clean/Fix Registry if you still have problems after virus cleanup.

Me kramayen samahara welawata hari yanawa. Samahara welawata effect eka hari yan naha. Also some of the folders in your drive may be hidden as system files due to the effect of Virus.

Wade hari giye nath nam kiyanda. Mama gawa tool ekak thiyenawa, koheda kiyala hoyanda ona..
