yes its not dead! But it will not come in new tracker! IT will come up in the same tracker! Piratebay moved their servers in to new ISP and the reason for downtime is the new ISP is having some connectivity problems with the servers!

are the servers located in Sweden still?
they need a hand to make backups of them all around the world

No its owners not in jail but they sued! The new piratebay owners are acting like the old owners lol! I thought new owners would be legalize the piratebay and remove the pirated and infringed material from TPB but they still didnt!
