this is about victim of Sri Lanka Police. He is a innocent one who was a cricketer of Nalanda college 2003-2004. Vass & his police dogs brutally attacked him and killed him by saying he tryed to fire them when showing weapons.
He is from poor family not like Nipuna and he hadn't some kind of power. So He caughted to police dog and died silently.
