Police have busted a major online scam following the arrest of a Sri Lankan man in Colombo, who used stolen credit card numbers to purchase items online. Police sources said they believe that one of the stolen credit card numbers was of that of British actor Rowan Atkinson better known as Mr. Bean.
The suspect was arrested from a Colombo hotel. He had made several transactions online running into billions of Rupees using the stolen credit card numbers and operated with operatives overseas.
