anybody using acer timeline ??? i find it cool but the processor seems to be low spec

Acer Timeline series uses low power consuming, under clocked, single core Intel Core Solo CPUs. They have much lower performance rating than regular Core 2 Duo CPUs. Unless the battery life is very important to you, I really don't recommend a Core solo based notebook .

I'm using Acer Extensa series.. It works fine.. Comes with Core 2 duo processor..

Personally I prefer Lenovo, HP, DELL and Toshiba before Acer; but that is not to say Acer is bad or anything.. Just my personal preference..
get at least a core 2 Duo.

FYI : Intel Core i7 notebook CPUs are also out now.

2day i went to metropoliton earlier thinking of a HP but this laptop has far better config for lower price

The lap i am using i bought more than 3 years bk ....Still doing lots of stuff with it except gaming
