Actually he initiated lot of bi lateral talks with rival countries, such as Russia. Even given up the nuclear defense unit in Europe(Don't know weather its another Uncle Sam plot) in order to win the Russia. The rivalry against South Americans are also lightened. He closed the Guantanamo Bay Prison which is seriously violating human rights. Also he's taking actions to surface military crimes during gulf war. Fight against Afgans????

Yet they are not enough for the prize, comparing the others. This has degraded the value of the peace prize i think. Nobel peace prize is being POLITICIZED!
