Well.. the REASON for this is that..

I think guys would understand better.. u know the inner part right which is covered by the skin on top.. which comes out n go it.. mostly during erection..

well the thing done here is that they cut off the only the outta skin.. because when we urinate when the inner part is in there will be drops if urine with in the inner part in skin..

so the skin it cut off so that the penis could be washed fully until the tip of the inner part..

this is obligatory on muslims cos none of thier prayers will be accepted nor are that permitted into a mosque even.. if its not washed properly !!

Not only Muslims even Jewish boys undergo same treatment......it is so that it will stay clean.....coz foreskins can get dirty over time n lead to infections if not properly cleaned.... and its mostly done when boys r just babies...mostly done by doctors with a lil anesthetics.....so babies will hardly feel the pain.....
