if i tell u about chathurarya sathya...that is main part of Buddhism mean
duka, dukata hethuwa , duka natikirime margaya. duka nati kirima... so there aint fancy stories. how to find this. how to find one bye one everything has explain in Buddhism. so no stories. all are damn truth about our life. to learn this phylogeny u dont need be a Buddhist. u dont need to go to temple.

countries and contenants of the world, does
religion exist? There must be a very
fundemental principal that links them all, and
thats what i believe. I do NOT believe in a
religion at all, because they are all emcumbered
with nonsense and ritual that is so redundant,
and harmful to the followers. Much better to
make an opinion based on the knowledge that
one recieves from multipul sources. At this
time, there is no hard evidence that a god
exists. However i believe that we are all linked,
and that the meaning of live is experience. If
you are the one and only all seeing and "all",
how boring?! Much better to split yourself into
self contained beings, and put them into an
area with rules and laws that govern how
things happen. That way you can absorb
things from a new perspective, and learn and
grow. Religions focus too much on stories,
rules, and oh "dont forget to donate", you
would think god could handle money, or even
mint a special currency for the true religion!
Give me a break. Religion is one of the biggest
forms of mass manipulation and contraining
creations ever devised. They took a basic idea,
and soured it with nonsense, to make money
and keep people in a box of thinking that they
like.

ok! i only looked at the first post and answered the question! btw! different religons has different concept about the beginning of the universe and etc. in buddhism we have a concept which is little bit similar to some modern concept. but as you can see, since there are different concepts from different religions, its not possible to give a single answer for all religions in general
