religion, fanciful nonsense???

I don't believe in religion and this is why?
If one religion is the truth, every other religion is a
lie. If no religion is true, every religion is still a lie.
This means that by pure deduction ~99.9% of the
world's religions are already certain to be lies.
Now this doesn't preclude the possibility that
there's one special religion out there that's the real
thing, but given the track record of religion, and
the fact that there's no real proof of any, why
should I believe in any particular religion other
than by blind faith and hope that I'm right?

IMO most religions, especially those which follow theories of creationism are nonsense. I don’t understand why anyone wants to blindly follow these myths and fantasies without having the slightest piece of evidence to suggest that they are true.. Even if they are true , what good are they for us?

Most religions came about to bring order to chaotic societies of the medieval ages. Their whole purpose was to control people though fear. Now we know better than to believe in those made up stories. You know, it is one thing to believe in santa claus and tooth fairy when you are a kid, but believing in all these supernatural stuff in this day and age is like a grown up believing in santa and tooth fairy.

fundemental principal that links them all, and
thats what i believe. I do NOT believe in a
religion at all, because they are all emcumbered

make an opinion based on the knowledge that
one recieves from multipul sources. At this
time, there is no hard evidence that a god
exists. However i believe that we are all linked,
and that the meaning of live is experience. If
you are the one and only all seeing and "all",
how boring?! Much better to split yourself into
self contained beings, and put them into an
area with rules and laws that govern how
things happen. That way you can absorb
things from a new perspective, and learn and
grow. Religions focus too much on stories,
rules, and oh "dont forget to donate", you
would think god could handle money, or even
mint a special currency for the true religion!
Give me a break. Religion is one of the biggest
forms of mass manipulation and contraining
creations ever devised. They took a basic idea,
and soured it with nonsense, to make money
and keep people in a box of thinking that they
like.

you've mistaken modern religious groups to real content, the core of actual religions ..lord buddha, jesus or anybody never craved money nor wanted anything from you ...

you believe in live and let live i take it..you are gna live in peace and die in peace aren't you...do you ever think if that's all to it?

don't you ever feel like you are dropped in middle of somewhere where you are lost. .deprived of all the roads that leads outa there..do you think world is fair ? life is? don't you ever wonder whats our purpose here? how to find happiness? what about your consceince ..if that's so simple why do you have a sense of right and wrong..the world just happens unfair to most just like a movie..? im sorry life just don't make sense to me and religions do provide with answers we need..religions explain life ..you are just not content wth what you get from them.

if your lifes so good and you are gna die and be gone in peace im really glad for you..but its not that simple for some ppl . .and you say there's this link which intersect us with all the rest..the nature...how come fragments of it gets better things while some don't?

religions are not logical. They
preach love and peace but its story if full of hate
and war. It describes a God full of love but at the
same time threatens with hell and punishment. It
created pleasures only to forbid enjoying them.
How about some people starving to death and
others spending hundreds of thousands of
rupees just to have partys and car maintenance. It is not
logical either, that a being who came out of
nowhere, who has always existed snapped its
fingers and created the universe.
What thrills me is that it is equally illogical that at
the beggining an extremely dense body bursted
and is still expanding and evolving in what now
we all know as the universe.
