Bro there is Either a issue with your codec pack or the file u downloaded.Try installing a new codec pack(dont forget to uninstall your old one first)
Try installing the klite codec pack or the vista codec pack.They are free so you can find them easily on google.Also try using GOM player it is also a free software and may help.
