If someone is having a heart attack..myocardial infarction fucking about coughing and sneezing is useless, Stop your car, call an emergency ambulance, If any aspirin take 300mg. Thats all you can do or get someone to take you to a hospital, You will need oxygen an ECG and if necessary thrombolysis or PCI.

Thinking about it, it may be possible to cardiovert an SVT (supraventricular tachyarrhythmia) using this. But that is usually not an immediate life or death situation and it is not a heart attack. If youre dad has chest pains, people, take him to hospital immediately. Give him aspirin first (4 x 75mg=300mg). And do not get him to bloody cough all the way there.
