Hey I just lazy to read articles:baffled:
Could u plz tell me is it ok to ignore that questioning of USA making them suspicious ?

And should we get panic this much about questioning which we have absolute answers ?

Well, they can interpret answers in any way they want. And you are right: by avoiding this meeting, we may have raised suspicions, but General Fonseka had not prepared for this either. There could be certain issues which one should not divulge to another country due to security reasons. They want information regarding the country, not the general's personal information, so it's not a simple issue.

I do not know on what grounds they want to question Mr.Fonseka!

But lets look at it this way... Should Mr.Fonseka reveal what was happening in SL Army operations to another country? WHY?

As much as they want to know for whatever reason, Mr.Fonseka has a right too to not to reveal information to any party he wishes!

If anyone says now that the suspicion levels in SL Army has risen because if this indecent,

    on the flip side...

One might wonder why they wanted to question him in the first place... and if the situation was that serious then how come they let him go that easy?

Because we have nothing to be hidden. We can tell the whole world what we did their keeping our head up right ?
Cant we say like that ?

This is not just aboyt right or rule ne Sri

Lets take a look at this in example
We all know Mahinda had serious issues with money transaction with project Helping Hambanthota right ? But he didnt let police to check his account and managed to drag the case since election
And now no one cant question him bcz of he is the President of Sri Lanka :)

    Hmm thats a good point
Anyway I just want a clarification on Government action on this case Sri
I never say that Sarath Fonseka should have face the "interview " in the first place :)

It's a mess, we all know that US trying to be a role model for democracy, human rights and what not

So this may just be for the record.. just to say that "We tried to question him...", but my question is...

I'm pretty sure that with their state-of-the-art spy satellites they were looking down on our war... if they have any evidence against our forces why not present them? then make a case against SL Army...

We dont really know what has happened, perhaps media is just trying to make a mockery out of it perhaps not!

But its Mr.Fonseka's choice and right to answer or not to!!
