11. Over population of cattle
If every human being was a vegetarian, it would lead to overpopulation of cattle in the world, since their reproduction and multiplication is very swift. Allah (swt) in His Divine Wisdom knows how to maintain the balance of His creation appropriately. No wonder He has permitted us to have the meat of the cattle.

What's the solution for human overpopulation? Wars? Infections? Whatever it it, it has failed, don't you think?
No wonder.

for human overpopulation God has make himself critaria like death in old age etc. this system is so perfect that no error occur, you will not have seen person age more than 200 year.
we have the belief that all things in the universe are made By God for the service of human being and Human being has been made for the Worship of God.
May be this logic could not understandable by you as you people have no concept of God.

  1. So, if we allow cattle to live, without killing them for meat, will they live more than 200 years?
  2. Death in old age, apparently has not worked out so well, has it? That's why we have had to use family planning methods to control population so that we can manage with the limited resources we have in this world until we find another world which is suitable for living. People now live longer thanks to advances in Medicine, so that most diseases which were fatal can now be cured or controlled.
  3. You are right. I don't understand the concept of my life being there for the purpose of worshipping someone.
Thanks for taking time to explain.

I assume that you were talking about the buddhists.

Brother, can't agree with your point that, the buddhists don't have a concept of god. The Buddhism has mentioned about the gods. A lot of gods. The things is the Christianity & the Islam tell about a almighty god whom is believed as the creator of everything, while the Buddhism refuse the concept of the almighty god, but still it tells about gods. I think that's clear.

thanks you too brother for .
brother i have use old age point only for example, otherwise you know there are many other things like you mention family planing point and other happening in our word naturly or forcly by people that maintain the population rate of human.
for animal population, nature (i dont use God word for your understanding) has also made a system and circle chain (i studied this circle in my 8th class science book) that maintain animal population rate.
    CHAIN.GIF

The system is so impressive that we can't brake people from eating meat even by force as nature also want this to maintain rate.

Can you or should you kill the cattle in order to control their overpopulation?

    Is killing the answer?

Then, you can kill human babies (and also men and women) and control overpopulation in the world. Actually, population explosion is a big, worldwide problem today.

So, you eat beef with the sublime intention of solving the problem of overpopulation of cattle in the world? And, you are not a vegetarian because of such love for the mankind?

    Good. Good.

Brother i asked openly from you and all who are posting irrational arguments against non - vegitarians. Have you Not Eat Meat in Your Life ?
Brother Mononoke, You have science knowledge you know and tell me can without meat human body Physical need can be fullfiled..?
it serves as a fabulous source of high quality proteins, which a single vegetarian food is not able to provide. It contains all the essential amino acids that the body requires.
This is my challenge and experience, that the people who weap more on killing animal --eat more meat than other peoples.

What? Dude, I just saw that video and decided to post it here because there was no where else to post it. it had nothing to do with the topic.

On the same logic, your solution for overpopulation of human beings is ......... what?

Of course. Nuclear weapons were invented with the kind thought of controlling human population. :P And did you know that people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki so willingly sacrificed their life for this noble purpose? Read history from unbiased sources.

^^ You are clearly mistaken here. God allowed us to make nuclear weapons to control our population, and when we failed he gave us HIV and suicide bombers

You sound as if you believe we are there for the food chain to function. I think food chains occur depending on the environment animals live in. Just think, if Man had to complete the food chain by eating beef, Arctic Man would have had a real problem. Animals that live on isolated islands adapt to that environment and eat whatever is available there, and their digestive systems evolve accordingly.

In grade 8, we were taught there were eras in human evolution, where humans first lived by hunting, later rearing animals, even later, farming.

You say that we can't break people from eating meat even by force; but how do you explain all these vegetarians and vegans then? Haven't they broken that food habit? And what about those who are allergic to meat?

As far as I know, nature would do fine in balancing everything without us humans.

I am sorry to say this. But this simply shows your ignorance.

You don't seem to know the globally accepted scientific view at present. I can quote if you want. But you can find it out yourself if you care to do so.

If you can't, please tell me. I'll help.

    1. A Muslim can be a pure vegetarian
A Muslim can be a very good Muslim despite being a pure vegetarian. It is not compulsory for a Muslim to have non-vegetarian food.

I'm surprised to read this. Once I had a Muslim child with thalassaemia whose body iron content was so high as a result of blood transfusions. Despite the medical advice the mother gave meat to child. (Iron containing food such as meat and dark green leaves are contraindicated in this condition.) When questioned, the mother said "According to our religion, we must eat meat." So she was feeding the child what was poison for him, in the name of religion. If you give me the source for this information, I can challenge such patients hereafter.

No brother food is only our need not purpose.my mean is not that we here only for the food chain to function.this is natural system.
You say right there are people who are vegatarian and allergic to meat, but these people are very smaller in no as compare to people who eat meat. my mean is only to those people that we don't brake them from eating meat.

    Question:
Killing an animal is a ruthless act. Why then do Muslims consume non-vegetarian food?
    Answer:
‘Vegetarianism’ is now a movement theworld over. Many even associate it with animal rights. Indeed, a large number of people consider the consumption of meat and other non-vegetarian products to be a violation of animal rights.
Islam enjoins mercy and compassion for all living creatures. At the same time Islam maintains that Allah has created the earth and its wondrous flora and fauna for the benefit of mankind. It is upto mankind to use every resource in this world judiciously, as a niyamat (Divine blessing) and amanat (trust) from Allah.
Let us look at various other aspects of this argument.

    1.
A Muslim can be a pure vegetarian
A Muslim can be a very good Muslim despite being a pure vegetarian. It is not compulsory for a Muslim to have non-vegetarian food.

I can reply this very logically point by point. But the time is the problem. Why are your posts so lengthy?

If a Muslim can be a vegetarian and still be a good Muslim, why not be a good vegetarian Muslim?

Muhammud (Peace Be Upon Him) lived 1400 years ago in a dessert. The people were so uncivilised and dirty. There was not enough water. There was no communication with the outside world. There were no plants other than the date palm.

So, He had no alternative but to ask people to kill animals and eat meat. That was the best advice at that time in that part of the world.

But that advice is not relevant in the 21st century, my friends. That advice is not relevant in any country where there are plants or where plant based food can be imported as they do today.

So, why not be good vegetarian Muslims?

Very true. At that time, this would have been the best option but now we have have enough and more options. Why do we have to stick to something simply because it has been the 'tradition' prescribed so long ago?
