where to modify/chip xbox 360 in Sri Lanka

Just want to know where I can get my xbox 360 modified in Sri Lanka, I asked a few places at MC and they asked for over 14 thousand which is way too much considering the not costing that much.

Does anyone know to get it modified in Sri Lanka for cheaper?
