very good advice.

there was a person, riding an illegal, unregistered honda CBR 1000CC bike even without a helmet. and got crashed.

people who got a head over their shoulders will buy a helmet and wear it when they are riding their bikes to protect their heads,

those who dont have will not wear not matter how many times u tell them.
