You need the following :
1. A PC with an internet connection
2. A decent cell phone with GPRS or 3G
Here are the steps :
1. Download the software I made : http://www.chiranthasoft.com/index.php?act=remotemusic
2. Run it and make sure your PC is connected to the internet
3. Click Next and enter a username and password
4. Click Create account and you will be told that the account creation was successful and the player will open.
5. Now click 'Change Folder' and select a folder where you store you music files (program will NOT scan sub folders) then click OK
6. Now guide your cell phone browser to http://server.chiranthasoft.com/rms
7. Enter the same username and password you entered previously and click 'Login'
8. Now you can control your music player via the cell phone web interface.
