Wrong Garden: Optical Illusion - Escher Fountain
Inspired by Escher's Waterfall, Dyson gave the operator the name of "Wrong Garden". Appears as composed of four parts: for each there is a slope with the water that runs through the rise and fall from the jump and then move on to the next slope.
The secret of its operation is based optical illusion created by the flow of water that seems to go back from the inclined plane and then fall into the waterfall. In fact, water goes beneath a protective glass with lots of bubbles which increase the effect, but above falls along the gravity. Driven by a jet of air, water reaches the highest point of the inclined plane from the inside and then falling off a waterfall and on the other side back onto the inclined plane.
