A person who is so negligent as to see whther he has a vote for himself,.... is he suitable to become a president of a country??

Why didn't he inquire about it??
Why didn't he file a case against the government before??
Why didn't his security people ask him before, where he is going to cast the vote?

Why didn't he disclose that he doesn't have a vote??
Why didn't he accuse the president about it???
