    thanks nash for the info, but be careful for your own sake. the following also rouse suspision.

    previously some live video coverage was given from the counting centres and or the election commissioners office. this time it was not to be.

    with regard to election monitoring, maybe they could not interfere with the final stage of the process or maybe they were shown anyway favourable electorate results for MR.

    the difficulties the opposition might face in proving their claims will be :

    the delays in the legal process (as you said) by that time the evidence can be lost or altered (i know one example where one person challenged the no. of preferential votes he received but the case is still going on while there was another election also happened);
    the duress upon the parties involved;
    the accused wrongdoers themselves are in power where there is no independent commissions being activated;
    the split and deterioration of interest that can happen over time and through a general election which might become the priority.

    if a decision is given against MR by supreme court it might clash the law and government as happened with hedging issue. so the ultimate result has to be a street fight which might lead to lots of blood shed. it has to be remembered that MR also has a very large voter base.
