Brother, if you beleive on me,
Our religion give permanent solution for all these problem, therefore I have never felt the need for mediation.
what is permanent & natural then
If You like to know and can believe on me, you can taste it, You have to do some Simple Following Steps :
Step 01 :
The Two Testifications of Faith are:
In English
I bear witness that no one deserves to be worshiped except Allah and
I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah
English Pronounciation :
ASHHADU ALLA ILAHA ILLALLAH, WA ASHHADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR-RASULULLAH
Step 02 :
Now after this,as a muslims you have to :
1- offer 5 time prayers dutifully and perfectly.
- 2 - Recite The Holy Quran.
3 - if you are fulfilling required Criteria to, then :
- perform Hajj. (i.e. Pilgrimage to Mecca)
observe fast during the month of Ramadan.
- Give zakat (compulsary charity)
4 -treats with kindness and compassion with your family and friends
-5 -Leave all Bad things and habits like intoxication, fornication etc
i am neutrally suggesting this just showing the path of gaining natural satisfaction and spiritual development.you can feel only after personal experience, otherwise ....

So, this is the Islamic faith. and remember the name of this thread is "comparative religious studies", which means we should consider other religious believes like Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and etc, rather than propergating our own believes.

i have just given solution to the problems which i have mentioned in my first post and i have not expose any religion in the post. i have also mentioned in my last post that the practical experience can only show the person the benefit otherwise reading biasly and making debates like others has no benefits.
