Guys major problem ekak thiyanwa
i don't know whether you guys read this or not ,but its worth
try.since airtel established in srilanka, airtel broad band had a good
run,i bought my airtel unlimited connection right after launch of the
package[data unlimited],back then i was amazed.because of the speed & non FUP connection.
but now I'm so disappointed.after the est of airtel there were only 2 networks without FUP,
SLT broadband unlimited & airtel broadband unlimited.i had SLT unlimited then after launch I've gave up
SLT & got the airtel ,i thought it will give what it promised just
like SLT did,but SLT speed is low but non FUP.then airtel introduced
same unlimited with more speed & best of all without FUP.so that was
the reason for my decision.i thought I've made the right choice., so I've
introduced package to all my friends. But now I'm so disgusted of
service quality & satisfying the customer.i don't wanna change my
connection to capped connection such as cel300,cel600. we got the unlimited
package because we need it. if they've introduced FUP @ launch we've
never take that package.if i knew back then i would even think
about airtel .but airtel provided the promised connection for almost a
year.but now they've changed the rules as they please.but remember that
customer ain't pleased.now their broadband unlimited package is like
dialog broadband unlimited. & we all know how bad it is.in-case you are wandering about cruelty of FUP here is how it works.
1-10 GB 1.8 mbps
10-12GB 0.7mbps
after 12GB, speed reduces more. speed reduces even more for every GB
I've download.this isn't fair @ all
now my speed is
0.2mbps.its like I'm back in stone age..it reduces
more. but all i gotta ask is be fare.if this continues for another
month I'll disconnect my connection, so does my friends,in time all of
their customers will be lost. we asked for unlimited is because we need
it.so please don't let your customers down.
so if u guys got the same problem as i do, i think we should stand-up for it
.maybe it'll change their mind.in-fact it might bring us a fair resolution.we need this package desperately.so here is few suggestions that might fair & square for both consumer & provider.here goes
Raise the monthly rental of the package.[well most us can't afford huge raise,but Rs.300 might be cool for both sides]
Or cap the bandwidth with sense of humanity [after 10 GB usage cap the bandwidth around 1-1.5mbps]
if u guys got any peaceful suggestions plz make a comment
but if u don't use airtel broadband unlimited,don't bother spamming this thread.this is serious problem .i think all our airtel surfers feel it as much as i do .
Airtel is revolutionary network .we all know that.frankly i think its the best network in srilanka
. so plz take necessary steps to take care of this problem.
i'm asking all airtel broadband unlimited users to makeup ur mind & we should take this to management..so if u guys with me, plz leave comment
