i have both dtv & peotv in my home.....believe me both r suks..f u really want 2 watch foreign channels.try cbnsat or something.
compare wit peotv & dtv
peo z much cheaper....slt always giving a resonable prices....
after i purchase dtv & peo tv very first month i watched channels.after that no more interest...
