Its a cable network (which is why you need to be in the coverage area) so no disruption due to rains or wind or anything else.
Has about 70 channels (including local channels).
Digital signal with DVD quality video.
Full package is :
6000/- for installation, 1600/- monthly.

Also this is the only provider that I know of that gives :
AXN Beyond, MGM Movies, Disney channel, Disney Toons and Animax
