What was the card performing top at top a year ago?....hmmmm.......If you answer like this at that time it would be Nvidia..:P

i bet that any card from ATI can compare to my card wont b able to beat mine.

so buddy dnt thin ppl who taking abt the time gap. it doesn't matte when it comes to performance. even now im in top notch in any game other than crysis
in Directx 10 gaming. no directx 10.1 ATI card can beat mine hehe. so i dnt care wot ATI fan boys trying to mention here.:lol::lol:

Well you can always overclock whatever card you have (to match a higher clock one)...so whats the difference?...I dont see your point here

well u can over clock ..
my point is if you check there is a clock speed for a memory module
some manufactures on nvida use cheep low range memory modules and sell it as a 1gb of will say GT220 ddr3 and a other sells the same model with 1gb with a another clock speed for higher..

    this affects the

Core Clock ,Memory Clock ,Shader Clock

its useless by over clocking a model like that..

year ago... ya It was nvidia... but still ATI had some pretty good card back then too ;)

well if you have da money go spent it I don't mind ;)
    Then y don't u get a 5970 it just $700 :P Dirt Cheap :P:P

    Can't :nerd: :P

3rd = Wait and see..maybe im wrong..who knows...blank = ++ performance gain in my point of view...again Im not a fan of either side... have owned ATi from 4MB onboard to 4850 ...nvidia 4MX to GTX 260..

then abt filling the blank thing comes to here too. i guess that u didn't know abt the back plate thing before i mention. hehe so u kept ur mouth shut abt that, ok now i filled the blank.

and next question. ok if u wanna buy something with quality and performance,
as i knw u shuld never go for cheap, thats wot ive learned in my life. so if u r really in to game and u r talking abt cheap things then id say that u better not step in to gaming. coz in gaming world everything costs soooooo much..:P:P:P:P:P:P

most of the "ATi'' fans here seems to have missed the point where ATi used GDDR5 to crank up their score Nvidia still got the crown with GDDR3...Now Nvidia is actually using GDDR 5 so one can only imagine...:P

well as u say think of this as well .. for how long do u expect to keep ur vga until the new one comes out? u throw it and buy a new one rit?
u can use a vga maximum 1year as i say coz every month a new model arrives and games does improve its requirements....

Until developers take advantage of hardware accelerated tessellation however, the 5870 still gives a GTX 480 incredible competition for being over six months old.

and a TDP of an HD5970 for half the performance :D
