my name is chrismal chaturanga , i got a huawei hsdpa e1550 with unlocked , but when i plug it to my pc all the usb port gets blocked due to the hsdpa , i'm using windows vista . do you have any idea regarding this ?

yes mate coz ur E1550 modem drivers may doesn't support with windows vista just ask from the buyer we can help you ..so you have to upgrade ur firmware version of mobile..bt don't do it if u haven't any experience ...
