our gym instructor told it to one friend who's weight was 65, now he is 74kgs..
really worked >
1- drink at least 1 L milk a day or more, not milk powder
2- eat more potatoes, boiled potatoes
3- red meat,
4- go to gym 3 days a week
within 2 or 3 month can gain 10 kgs or more
